James Dawsey hosts as Christopher McGlothlin and Jason Tondro discuss various points about campaign creation for Super Hero and other role-playing campaigns. This could be the first in a series of podcasts on the topic, if we get enough feedback on it! Please let us know what you liked and what questions or topics you'd like us to cover next time!

Actually, Chris there are other ‘true’ D20 Supers games that have classes, number of feast limited to level, talent trees, etc. and thus are actually more like D20 supers. MnM to my mind was never billed as D20 supers, or if it was, once you saw it you clearly saw that unlike those other D20 supers it was not a traditional D20 structure.

Hi gamerguy!
My reference was to the way M&M was promoted, not the way it’s actually designed or played. The first public mentions of M&M billed it as d20…before all the differeces you mention were duly noted and it was later touted as an OGL product.
Please take the word of someone who got one of the first Word copies of the 1e rules back in the day.:-)
Cheers to you good sir, and thank you very much for listening!
